The renowned magazine CHIP has examined and awarded the support services of companies for customers in Germany. Plustek is pleased to have received this coveted “Leading Support 2020” award for our customer support.
CHIP magazine cooperated with specialized consulting and market research company. Total 470 providers were identified from more than 800 providers in Germany, mainly from the consumer electronics sector, and then that group of providers were thoroughly examined and evaluated based on over 50 criteria.
This “Leading Support 2020” seal was awarded to providers of ten categories from computer technology to entertainment electronics. Aspects such as the scope of the product information, software updates, before- and after-purchase advice that promotes customer satisfaction, problem-solving competence, … that are offered to the end customers were examined closely.
