Touch screen interface is really easy to use. Can preview scans on the screen and edit/rescan pages if necessary before saving. Scans feed reliably and quickly …
I wanted a simple flat-bed scanner that will work with Win10. It makes very good scans. Unit is very light and uses USB power so no power supply is needed. I was skeptical about this but it works well. Bottom line is that for personal use if you don’t need a feeder this is a very good scanner.
I purchased this scanner to be able to convert my 12 inch x 12 inch scrapbooks into digital files. It is perfectly suited to the task. I researched scanners for this purpose, and most that will accommodate that size original are much more expensive. The quality of the scans is excellent.
I bought this to scan ancient family photos, many of which tend to be too large to fit A4 scanners. It installed easily on Windows 7 Professional 64-bit. I’m impressed by the quality, and the depth of field; several photos are behind 3mm of glass which I don’t want to disturb, and these scan very well.
I should have moved up to this high-speed scanner ages ago. I use it at home to scan all instruction manuals and several books so they’re safe inside my computer. And the OCR software really works! It’s a pleasure to own!
Excellent value Book Scanner that works well with most books. For most books it works well either as a flat bed scanner or in the book scanner mode. OCR programme included with the scanner does a decent job and works at 1200 dpi as maximum. Output is as clear and the multi-language capability is excellent.
Things are working out nicely with my new equipment. My original scanner is 12 years old. It is better constructed and comes with 7 trays vs. the three I had. It runs quieter, faster and has a smaller footprint. I scan 120 film strips exclusively. All of my scans are sharp.
