It arrived earlier than expected which was wonderful. Works well and easy to use. Useful advice if you are using a thinner grade paper which you use for technical drawing, you might want to add an extra sheet of thicker paper or card so the block out the black cover when scanning, it just gives a clearer image and saves time on editing.
It is working great! We really like the automatic page sizing as well as the easy access. We have managed to scan well over 100 pages per day and with about six more large file drawers of sheet music to be digitized ahead, we’re sure we can finish the task without frustration.
I scanned a watercolour painting and couldn’t believe the result. Apart from the type of paper, I cannot tell the difference between the original and the copy. The colours are absolutely true to the original and I am more than delighted with this scanner. Everything worked perfectly.
This is a really excellent product for both mono and colour photos also documents. It was easy to install and I contacted the serviced department of this company as there was a problem, it was resolved at once and very nice people to deal with. This is excellent value for money, will use company again.
I cannot believe how good a product this is–at this price! Here are the high points: whisper quiet, very simple setup, ridiculously easy to use, no power cord, and very small for a flatbed scanner.
I absolutely love this scanner. I have been working to diminish my stuffed file drawers by throwing away what I don’t need and scanning what I want to keep. If you compare the prices of large-format scanners, this is an unbelievable bargain. Most importantly, this scanner creates clear, high-quality scans.
I’m an artist and work on 11 x 17″ paper so the size is perfect. It works like a dream. I’m on a brand new iMac 5k, latest software. I use this scanner with the Apple image capture- a quick fit in PS or image capture adjustment works great. Great scanner for the price.
This is a wonderful little scanner that replaced my huge printer/scanner/copier. Once you get the knack of using the software interface, it’s literally one button and 15 seconds to scan in a doc. At a standard 300 dpi for document (e.g., PDF) scanning it’s faster than my old scanner. And I love that it doesn’t need an external power source.
