★★★★★ Excellent Scanner for Artwork

James Schultz from TX – USA, is a part-time artist who has always loved drawing, and also works as an engineer for NASA. Purchased scanner for scanning realistic graphite pencil drawings. The scanner does a great job and the software is great for managing contrast, resolution, light, etc. The price of the scanner was reasonable for a CCD technology scanner which is required for scanning artwork.

★★★★★ Great Value and Super Fast!

This scanner is FAST. The colors are nearly spot on, with true gray grays, no lavender cast to chase. Depth of field is great. Scanner is about half the weight of similar scanners. Only had it a few days, but have not found any troubles with it yet.

★★★★★ Sped Up Workflow 200%

★★★★★ Scans Things Beautifully (Using for Watercolor Art and Ink Drawings)!

Thrilled so far with this affordable large-format scanner. I paint watercolor designs (mostly botanical and with detailed shading and colors) as well as illustrate with markers in black/white as well as colored markers (like Copic for manga and other types of illustrations). I needed to find a scanner large enough to scan my 12″x12″ paintings and illustrations. I decided I had to give this scanner a try because it is the only one I can possibly afford.

★★★★★ Great Scanner that Meets My Needs as an Illustrator

I use on a Mac. I’m a professional illustrator, and use it to scan in my drawings and watercolour paintings. I couldn’t afford to by a big name brand A3 scanner, so opted for this Plustek one as a budget version and it fits my needs perfectly.
